Katie has over 14 years experience in the aesthetics business and joined The Glasshouse Clinic in April 2018 from a leading London MediSpa, where she had held both Clinic Manager and Aesthetic Practitioner positions. She also holds a BTEC National Diploma in Beauty and Sciences.

As Clinic Coordinator Katie’s role to assist with all aspects of the day-to-day running of the clinic and supervise the team to ensure that they are delivering outstanding customer service at all times and that the patient journey and overall Glasshouse experience is flawless from beginning to end for all our patients.

Katie is a great people person and loves building relationships with patients. She finds this particularly rewarding when she sees the results that are achieved for their skin and the positive effect that this has, as they become a new, more confident version of themselves. One of her favorite treatments is our Hydrafacial treatment, which cleanses, exfoliates, detoxifies, cleans and rehydrates the skin, giving it an instant glow in no time at all.

Katie also loves working in a nurse-led clinic where she is part of a highly experienced team of like-minded aesthetic professionals, all working towards the same patient goals.

Her time outside of work is dedicated to her husband and to her young child.
