The Glasshouse Clinic Terms and Conditions

Appointments and Cancellations:

All Nurse led consultations are charged at £55, while aesthetic practitioner consultations are charged at £25, this fee is redeemable against any treatment received within 12months of the consultation.

All laser and coolsculpting consultations and assessments are waived of a fee.

All laser treatment test patches are charged at £35 and are redeemable against any laser treatment received within 6 months of the test patch.

The consultation fee is no longer redeemable (where appropriate) after 12 months from your consultation date.

Please let us know a minimum of 48 hours ahead of your appointment if you are unable to attend or need to make any changes to your appointment, failure to do so may result in the loss of a treatment from your package or your deposit being redeemed.

Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes ahead of your appointment so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Please let us know on 0207 223 7372 if you think you may be late for your appointment, late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting the appointment.

The Glasshouse Clinic will en devour to ensure your appointment runs to time, however should we need to change, cancel or postpone your appointment we will make every effort to contact you in advance.

Payment

Full payment must be made on the day of treatment in the clinic, cash and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. Unfortunately we do not accept amex.

Refunds

No refunds of any kind will be offered on treatments, services or products undertaken.

Children

With parents and/ or legal guardians consent children between 16 and 18 may undergo treatment where there is a medical cause. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the clinic without a chaperone.
